Blayne Rush Biography

Overview

 

Blayne Rush is a prominent member of the Search profession and widely recognized as one of the world's foremost search consultants, particularly in complex searches for medical physicist and dosimetrist. He has extensive applied healthcare experience and has successfully recruited for some of the leading radiation oncology organizations; including hospitals and health systems, leading technical outsourcing corporations, Universities, physician owned facilities and free standing for profit and not for profit centers.

 

He has won a variety of state, national and worldwide awards for his commitment to client-service, innovativeness in developing resource solutions, and accomplishment within the search and recruitment industry. He was recognized as Search Consultant of the year and Team leader of the Year for one of the Nation's largest retained search firms. He was ranked in the top five worldwide for three of the four years that he was in the World's largest and most successful search firm. He recruits with conviction.

 

Aside from his leadership within RSP and the search profession, Blayne provides an array of staffing, consulting, mediation, negotiations and human resource solutions for companies.

 

Prior to Establishing Rush Search Partners, Ltd; Blayne was the top producer and 1 of 4 Managing Directors for one of the Nation’s largest retained search firms. He was named Managing Partner and then Managing Director quicker than anyone in the 21 year history of the 88 employee $18mm firm. Blayne was consistently referred to as the best one on one and hardest working recruiter worldwide.

 

Blayne's experiences prior to Executive Search include the management of medical clinics, a Faculty appointment in Family Medicine at Louisiana State University Medical School, participation on medical school admission committees, and the role of Executive Director for a healthcare recruitment and development firm.

He holds a Bachelors of Science and Masters in Health Promotion from McNeese State University, where he was a four year starter and a two time All-American on the nationally ranked football team. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Amber University and has completed graduate coursework in Mediation and Advanced Negotiations at Southern Methodist University.
